Terms of Purchase

Terms of
purchase.

If you have any questions about these terms, please feel free to get in touch.

  1. 01

    Quotes and orders

A quote request through the website is not binding. We will get back to you with a quote including price, delivery time and any shipping costs. An agreement is only formed once you accept the quote in writing, for example by email. Most of our range consists of made-to-order goods that are manufactured or ordered in after your order is placed.

  2. 02

    Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor. Prices for private individuals are shown including VAT (25%), with prices excluding VAT shown as secondary information. We reserve the right to price and currency changes as well as obvious errors. Shipping is added unless otherwise stated in the quote.

  3. 03

    Payment

Payment is made by invoice or Swish as stated in the quote. The invoice payment terms are normally 10 days net unless otherwise agreed. For larger orders, advance payment or instalment payment may apply. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed.

  4. 04

    Delivery

The delivery time is stated in the quote and depends on the manufacturer's production time. Delivery is made to the address specified. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any visible transport damage directly to the driver as well as to us within three days.

  5. 05

    Right of withdrawal

As a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, starting from the day you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been custom-made or adapted to your specifications, such as obstacles in chosen colour combinations. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping and the goods must be returned in essentially unchanged condition.

  6. 06

    Complaints and warranty

If the goods are defective, you as a private individual have the right to make a complaint for three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. For businesses, the rules of the Swedish Sale of Goods Act and the manufacturer's warranty apply. Please contact us as soon as you discover the defect, preferably with photos, and we will help you further with the manufacturer.

  7. 07

    Services and lessons

Booked private lessons and courses must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the lesson via email. For later cancellations, half the fee will be charged. In case of illness or weather conditions that make training unsuitable, we will find a new time free of charge.

  8. 08

    Personal data

We process your personal data in order to handle quotes, orders, invoicing and support. The data is stored for as long as required for the agreement and in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. You have the right to request an extract, correction or deletion of your data.

  9. 09

    Disputes

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Should a dispute arise, we will always try to resolve it amicably in the first instance.
